Vertical Nerve’s managed facility infrastructure represents the structural elements, which provide the framework for our managed server offering. The structural elements include not only the hosting facility features but baseline monitoring, reporting and security features.

• Secure data center facility with controlled access
• VNI offers a standard 99.9% server uptime for availability
• Servers Housed in a SAS 70 Type II Facility with battery backups, onsite generators, air conditioning, humidifiers, biometric scanners for personal identification and video monitors  
• VNI will maintain and upgrade, as necessary, the shared infrastructure required for hosting, including monitoring and reporting tools
• Redundant environmental (HVAC) and fire suppression systems
• Redundant power systems with backup UPS and diesel response
• 24/7 core network monitoring and immediate problem response
